Ideapark Lempäälä gift card is the answer to your gift problems!

If a person already has everything or you can’t think of a gift for them, leave it up to them to decide what they want to get. With the Ideapark gift card, they can choose from almost 130 shops under one roof in Lempäälä (Ideapark Seinäjoki has its own gift card.) The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Where and how do I buy a gift card?

From a vending machine in Ideapark:

There is a vending machine on the side of the Ideapark information point where you can buy an Ideapark Lempäälä gift card for the amount of your choice using a debit or credit card (excluding Diners Club and American Express).

You can take the loaded and ready-to-use gift card with you immediately. You can buy a maximum of 10 gift cards of the same value in one purchase and load 10–500 euros on the gift card. The machine will provide a receipt for the gift card purchase where Koy Ideapark Ab is shown as the recipient of the payment. NETS is responsible for the payment transaction. An envelope for the gift card is available from the machine.

Instructions:

1) Use the numeric keys to select the number of gift cards. You can buy up to 10 gift cards of the same amount at a time.

2) Select the amount in euros to be loaded on the gift card (€10–500).

3) Pay by debit or credit card.

4) Take the gift card from the machine.

5) Write the amount loaded on the card on the gift card envelope.

6) Also, write the date of purchase on the envelope so that the recipient knows the expiry date of the card. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

You can also buy a gift card online: go to the webshop here. Please note that you can only buy gift cards for Ideapark Lempäälä from the webshop. When you buy a gift card online, you will receive a pick-up code to redeem the gift card from the gift card machine. The code can be sent to the gift card recipient by e-mail or SMS. The code is valid for three months from the date of purchase, meaning that the card must be redeemed from the machine within three months. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of redeeming it from the machine using the code.

How do I use the gift card?

The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Please mark the date of purchase on the gift card envelope.

You can use the gift card to pay at almost all shops and restaurants in Ideapark Lempäälä. Go to the bottom of the page to see which shops accept the gift card.

The gift card works just like any other payment card. The gift card does not have a PIN code or a contactless payment option, but it works with a magnetic stripe. You can pay with the gift card if there is money on it. If there is no money on the gift card, the store’s POS system will reject the purchase. The amount on the gift card can be spent in full at one time or on several purchases in different stores.

You can check the balance and validity of a gift card at the gift card vending machine, online (www.getmybalance.com) or using the QR code on the gift card. It is up to the customer to know and/or check the balance on their gift card, as this is not visible in the POS system of the store. There is space on the gift card envelope for balance entries, which we recommend. This way, the user can easily know the balance on their card.

If there is unused value remaining on the gift card after a purchase, it will not be refunded in cash, but the gift card can be used for another purchase.

What do I do if the gift card does not work at the checkout?

You can only use the gift card to pay for purchases up to the balance on the card. The most common reason for a gift card not working is that the amount of the purchase exceeds the balance on the gift card. You can easily check the balance on your gift card online at www.getmybalance.com or using the QR code on the card. If the total amount of the purchase exceeds the balance on the gift card, the excess amount must be paid using some other payment method (cash, another payment card or another gift card) before using the gift card. What should I do if my gift card gets lost or expires?

Lost, stolen or expired gift cards will not be replaced. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused balance on the gift card will not be refunded after the expiry date.
