Autumn at Ideapark!
Autumn at Ideapark is filled with joyful, fun activities and cultural experiences for the entire family. The cold, dimming evenings only bring more and more events and happenings to Ideapark. Welcome to have fun all day long!
Autumn kicks off with rhythm as the popular Thursday Dances (Torstaitanssit) return to monthly schedule. The dances this autumn are held once a month until November.
Tappara’s team is coming together to Ideapark’s Central Square to introduce the anniversary season’s team, and to meet fans before the team hits the ice at Lempäälän Jäähalli against Jokerit in a practice match on 22nd of August.
After meeting Tappara’s team, it’s time to switch from ice skates to roller skates as Roller Disco takes over Central Square from 23rd of August till 14th of September. Don’t miss out on all the fun!
In addition, autumn brings loads of fun activities for children. With smaller children, we recommend to pop by Cultural Centre PiiPoo for Children’s Cultural Saturdays where participants can join a guided tour of the exhibition and take part in guided art workshops. The Baby Buggy Dates (Vaunuväen treffit) are once again arranged every other Monday, starting from 8th of September. Babies are also celebrated with their own event, Baby’s Day, at Central Square on 26th of September. 🩷
Art can be admired in front of Spotti from 4th of September to 3rd of October. The exhibition, Meidän lapset (Our children), showcases paintings and poems that are based on touching true stories about bullying.
Tuesday mornings are reserved for light exercise and cultural sessions as the 60+ Cultural Mornings start on the 16th of September, and are held every Tuesday till 2nd of December, apart from 14th of October.
The Central Square fills with anticipation as Soveltava Suomen vahvin -competition takes place in Central Square on the 27th of September. During the day, the competitors’ strength, speed, and mental toughness will be severely tested as they compete in five different sports. Who will make it to the end? Join the audience to find out!
Autumn at Bläk Boks is filled with experiences, competitions and interesting discussions
The competitions start as Ideapark Cup II takes over Bläk Boks with a judo competition. The floorball season also kicks off and the thrilling home matches for Classic begin.
Kotona -event introduces inspiration to everyday life. The event is held from 31st of October to 2nd of November. An inspiring weekend of well-being and thoughtful insights awaits you!
Interesting topics and discussion can be held at Lempäälä Business Forum as the event is hosted on the 4th of November. Lempäälä Business Forum is a great place to network, brainstorm and share ideas.
What else shall we come up with? There are a lot of fun things planned for this autumn so definitely keep a look out for the event page!
In addition to shopping and events:
