You can use this form (PDF file) to submit a personal data inspection request. The form must be printed, filled in and delivered to the Ideapark information point. If visiting the information point is not possible, the inspection request can be sent by post to Ideapark and the printouts related to the inspection request will be sent by registered post to your home address.
